If your insurance is approved, book the insurance option when selecting your appointment type.
If your insurance is not approved, book the self-pay option. South Texas Latch can send you a superbill for your insurance after our appointment, upon request. Resources will be provided to help guide you how to be reimbursed by your insurance with the superbill.
