IBCLC stands for International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. It is the highest level of certification and training a practitioner in lactation can carry. It’s much different than a lactation consultant (LC), a certified lactation consultant (CLC), or a lactation specialist.
Specifically, IBCLCs have a health sciences undergraduate degree, a minimum of 95 hours of additional lactation-specific education through an authorized institution, at least 700 hours of supervised clinical experience, and also must pass a rigorous board examination. They also must keep up minimum continuing education credits (at least 75 CERPs every 5 years), be certified in CPR, and continually practice as a lactation consultant. IBCLCs also adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct. More info about the IBLCE organization here.(https://iblce.org/) Find out if your lactation consultant is IBCLC-credentialed here.(https://ibclc-commission.org/public-registry/#)
Bailey’s IBCLC credential # is: L-302040.
I can see anyone globally through virtual consults.
I see clients in their home settings within my service area, outlined in the map below.
Home visits with El Campo addresses do not require a travel fee. All other in-
home appointments require a $30 travel fee, which is already factored into the booking price.
**If your address is in El Campo, and you are booking an in-home visit, use coupon code ELCAMPO30 to have your travel fee waived.**

Our mission is to provide compassionate lactation support to South Texas and beyond. We want to bridge disparities and bring mom's evidence based care to empower them to make the best decisions for their babies.
I am due to give birth to my 4th child late March 2026. I will go on maternity leave once I have the baby, and I plan to return to work June 2026. (There's a possibility I will start seeing local clients sooner than June - please reach out by text or email if you're in Wharton County and needing an appointment before June 2026.)
